PolyFlex TPU90, created from Covestros Addigy family, is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament designed to provide great flexibility without compromising on printing speed.

Can my printer print PolyFlex TPU90?

We highly recommend to use a direct drive printer to print PolyFlex TPU90. A direct drive printer is a printer with the extruder mounted on top of the hot end.

Printing and Drying Settings?

Printing Temperature: 210C – 230C
Bed Temperature: 25C – 60C
Printing Speed: 30mm/s – 60mm/s
Fan: ON

Direct Drive:
Retraction Distance: 3mm
Retraction Speed: 40mm/s
Indirect Drive:
Retraction Distance: 6mm
Retraction Speed: 60mm/s

Drying Settings: 70C for 8h
(Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
