Used commonly on the Sherpa Mini Extruder, VORON 0 and other printers. These gears are made out of POM and nano-coated mold steel and feature an integrated shaft design ensuring better concentricity of the gears, reducing eccentric rotation of the gears due to assembly, and ensures that the gears transport filament more evenly.

The CNC hollow POM gear achieves greater torque than standard gear sets. The driven gear uses double ball bearings instead of needle bearings which results in less clearance and higher precision. The nano coated mold steel is both harder and more wear resistant than other metal gears.

The Helical gear design provides smoother movement and greater force which both helps you push plastic better and extends the life of the gear. Lastly, these are lightweight, saving you a few grams, which will help your printer win speed records :).
