This hotend uses a unified “TUN” nozzle/heatbreak to reduce chances of leakage and therefore extends the life of your hot end (don’t ask, I’m still traumatized from the summer of ’19 over my V6 leaking between the nozzle and heatbreak). The TD6Swith an upgraded ceramic heater core with copper plated heating ring heats evenly and quickly at a price much more affordable than a Rapido which shares a similar heater core element.
